个人简介

赵璐，博士，副研究员，科学智能学院院长助理，主要参与统筹AI4S全要素平台建设工作，包括数智化生命科学研究平台AI4S LAB、科研平台、AI4S高性能算力平台、AI4S基础教学平台等。从事人工智能辅助生物标志物挖掘、单细胞组学数据分析、病原体宿主免疫调控等研究工作，包括利用深度学习整合分析单细胞组学、代谢组学、基因测序数据、临床检测数据等，试图阐明丰富的医学数据背后潜在的互作关系，发掘可用于疾病筛查诊断的潜在生物标志物。在领域内重要杂志上发表38篇SCI论文，总引用1200余次（Google Scholar），H-index18。
