Over the past one to two years, the enormous potential of integrating artificial intelligence with traditional scientific research has made AI for Science (AI4S) a key current trend. It has expanded scientific discovery and research exploration into new domains and boundaries, earning recognition as a driving force behind the Fourth Industrial Revolution. AI4S will accelerate the conversion of scientific hypotheses into practical achievements and, in turn, contribute to upgrading industrial foundations and modernizing industrial chains.

As part of Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School’s "Celebrating the Anniversary · Continuing Excellence" academic series, the "Next-Post-Future" AI4S Pengcheng Academic Forum will connect with global innovative academic resources at a high level. It will invite outstanding domestic and international experts and scholars from fields such as AI for protein structure prediction, mathematical and physical sciences, and innovative drug research and development to share cutting-edge scientific breakthroughs in AI4S, while industrial elites will present applications of AI4S enabling technologies.
